The NTRU public-key cryptosystem provides an implementation of the NTRUEncrypt and NTRUSign algorithms. Both algorithms are safe against quantum computer attacks. This software is dual-licensed. You may choose either the Non-Profit Open Software License version 3.0, or a commercial license agreement into which you enter with Security Innovation, Inc.
