The MOEA Framework is a Java library for developing and experimenting with multiobjective evolutionary algorithms (MOEAs) and other general-purpose optimization algorithms and metaheuristics. A number of algorithms are provided out-of-the-box, including NSGA-II, ε-MOEA, GDE3, and MOEA/D.

Changes

This release adds an interface for connecting to C/C++ problems (see examples/Example4.java in the source code download). It includes the necessary files so that the source code can be imported directly into Eclipse, ensuring the environment is configured correctly. Follow the installation instructions in README. There are miscellaneous bugfixes.
