Position: SSE/Tech Lead

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Critical Requirement:

• Good Communication Skills (Verbal and written)

• J2EE with preferably Tomcat, JBoss

• Java (1.5)

• JUnit + scripting languages

• JSP, Servlets, JDBC

• XML, XSD, XSL, XML Parsers

• XML over HTTP

• Good team player

• OOAD, SOA

• Oracle or DB2 Knowledge

• Web Services, Preferably Axis

• Preferably Linux Knowledge

• Able to validate application design for security, performance and scalability

• Performance analysis and troubleshooting applications in production

• IDEALLY should have worked on Payment/health domain before

Job Description:

- Design and Architect the software using J2EE / open source / Database to meet the functional and non-functional requirements of the system

- Decide on the suitable frameworks / technology for the design

- Maintaining code quality by code reviews and setting up right checks and balances with the Manager

- Flexibility to act as Individual contributor or Team player depending upon project requirements

- Deliver assigned module on time and by maintaining the quality

- Work with the project manager to ensure project delivery on time with quality

- Mentor Software Engineers / Tech leads

- Work on estimation and schedule
