Setting up glassfish on mac
I have read the set up guides but i still have no luck with installing this onto my computer.
I downloaded the glassfish-3.1.2.2.zip file
I have unzipped it using the terminal window, so i now have he glassfish3 folder.
I now want to start domain1 which involves the command asadmin start-domain.
I keep getting this error back
-bash: asadmin: command not found
What have i done wrong, or what else do i have to do to get this set up and working?
Thanks

Re: Setting up glassfish on mac
That problem is now fixed after i set the path variable.
A new problem now though. When i enter the command
asadmin start-domain
i get this error message.
asadmin> asadmin start-domain
Remote server does not listen for requests on [localhost:4848]. Is the server up?
No such local command, asadmin. To run remote commands, start the application server (e.g. 'asadmin start-domain').
Command asadmin failed.
Any ideas on how to solve this?
