    Default Asynchronous data handling in Servlet

    Hello everybody !

    I want to display data recieved from a com port on a servlet. Note that the data is comming in asynchronously. Can anybody help. Thank you

    You don't display things on a servlet.

    Thanx Tolls, I am first trying with servlet then i'll implement same in the JSP for viewing, if you have even solution for JSP that will also work.... after googlin I found servlet 3.0 asynch supoort the soln but there is not a single solid example which helped me.

    You need to explain what you are trying to achieve.
    What does the client see?
    What does the client (ie browser) do?
    Please do not ask for code as refusal often offends.
