Best web host for Java EE

I would like if you know of a good quality web host and not very expensive for Java.

And you what do you use as your website hosting for Java?
I found webfaction.com but I do not know if this host is good.

Do you require the root/administrator access? Or you just need to deploy the Java application in a shared environment?

I know this thread is a bit old at this point but I thought I might suggest something. If you have an old computer laying around, you could put a kernel of linux on it and host your own server. It's free except for the electricity the computer uses :)
