Default Servlet commnication across 2 different containers

    Hi,

I have a scenario where in there are 2 webservers (say Tomcat). Can a servlet running in server1 will be communicate with servlet running in server2?
Please let me know if this is possible with an example.

    Thanks in Advance,
    Ravi

You can make an HttpRequest (ie Servlet 1 becomes a client of Servlet 2), but that's pretty much it.
