WAMP Server TOMCAT PROBLEM?

Will be able to install WAMP Server, TomCat, Skype all together and work with them succesffully??

I know there is problem with WAMP AND SKYPE...

Please tell me if anyone knows...

Because i'm unable to work run Tomcat... now..
