Web crawler or RSS Feed

Is there a way to fetch selected data from a web page. Actually i need to fetch schemes and pricing provided by different Cell service provider.

I have analyzed the RSS feed and web crawler options. But I found that RSS generally have news related items and in case of web crawler the program needs to be updated as the page updates.

Any help regarding this area would really we appreciated.

I have read somewhere this can be achieved using Live data feed. Any idea whats this?
