    Default XML file and i want to push in specific URL through java thread

    Sir i want to send automatically sms to the persopn who will registered in my site.so i have generated a XML file and i want to push in specific URL .so plz given me the IDEA about JAVA THREAD,THROUGH java thread i can push the xml file in to specified URL."
