javamail exception: 557 mail head error

Hi, all.
I run into a problem when I send a test email using javamail.

It said: class javax.mail.MessagingException: 557 mail head error.

Can anyone tell me possible cause of this problem, please?
I was totally lost, the format of the mail? Target server rejected mails from my ip?

Have you turned on debugging verbosity?

Can you tell if your SMTP daemon is complaining? or it your message not getting to the daemon?

You actually inspired me, I need to check related logs on smtp server to see if my message got send or not, or some complains about my message.
