You have not shown us what you've done so far nor asked a specific question, and with this limited information, about all I can do is suggest that you read the Swing tutorials and that you write out a plan for your program. Certainly no one here will do this project for you.
For your best chance at getting decent help here, please show us what you've done so far and ask as specific a question as possible.
