Questions about the SCJP

I know this might be a stupid question, but I just took the SCJP exam and passed. I have the score report, I went to update my linked in profile with it, now the questions I have is linkedin is asking for a "License Number: "License Number: " All I see is the following numbers "Candidate ID" "Registration Number:" so is ether one of those fitting the bill? If not where do I get the "License Number"

Also will I be getting a certificate? or is my score report all I will be getting. If I will be getting a certificate how long till it comes?

Thanks. I was more concerned before the test with passing then all the details about what happens after passing.
