Hi Guys!
I have completed my BTech, i would like to clear SCJP, i have just basic knowledge of core java that's it! How much duration it will take to clear the cert.. is it added advantage to get Java Developer Job! I belongs to hyderabad in Andrapradesh!!
One more Question,, I am working in non Development job now!! and have given 2 years bond here! so can i get java job after 2 years! FYI am 2010 Btech passedout!!
PLZ give me suggestions!!

depends on your ability to catch up the java. If you are working with java then nearly 8 weeks will be enough to clear scjp. But if you are not working with java then may be you have to spend more time on it. You have to test the code and with all this you might require 3 months(max. 4 months) ...
I am going to give my scjp exam this 27th january and i am preparing for it since 24 spetember along with my studies....so you can estimate how much time you may need..
