SCJP ticket for Sale

Hi,
I have a Sun certification exam voucher valid till August 8 2009 for Rs.4000.

Exam ticket is just like cinema ticket. Can be sold to any one before the expiry date... only thing is while writing the exam, we need to register with any prometric centres..

yeap I know what is a voucher. I passed some certif b4. But I passed where I bought that voucher. In the same center.
But I thought that my name is already signed there. So no one else can use that ticket instead of me. What is wrong.
