    Default Applet injection

I have a supplier with a website where I have to make several queries and read results. This is a daily task where I have to spend a lot of time. Since I can get the input to make the queries from a file, I would like to simulate a user writing on applet editors and reading screen text. The ideia is getting values from a database or a file to inject on editors and read from some screen coordinates to write on a file or database.
I've done this for other suppliers with Windows applications or HTML applications, but I am not a Java programmer and I don't know how is it possible to achieve this goal using java or other language that could intercept applet code.

    Thanks in advance
    José Silva

I'm not sure what you are asking. Do you want to write a program that replaces the browser that loads an html page containing an applet?
If you don't understand my response, don't ignore it, ask a question.

I just want to send values to applet editors from an external application and read text from applet. Also click on applet buttons to simulate an user interaction.

I don't know if it is possible to interfere with a browser executing an applet.

Do you have access to the code of the applet?

Then you're pretty much out of luck. You could try something like a keyboard macro that simply does a list of tasks for you, but that's not really a Java question then. (Well, unless you plan on building the macro in Java using the Robot class...)
