i thank you for your quick response but
    - i have tried to further understand my problem that is why i am here (my abilities in java are far worse than i guess our highscool kids)
    - i cant use more complex terms to describe my problem to stop from complicating things more
    - i have offered a reward to draw someone to help hook and line set wait for a fish time

What is the project? Is it open source? Are you just asking how to compile java files? If so, here y'ar: "Hello World!" for Microsoft Windows (The Java™ Tutorials > Getting Started > The "Hello World!" Application)

Why do you think you need to change the package name to make it work on your website?

Welcome to the world of programming. I'm not really sure what you want us to do though- we have no idea what the program is supposed to do, so we can't really test it. And you just posted some javascript (which isn't Java) without a question, so I'm not sure whether you have a question?

You said that the javascript is to launch the java applet. But i don't see where. Could you also please post the JAVA code that you are trying to compile. Debugging is easy if doing it in command prompt use javac. You don't need to compile them all at once. compile them individually than package them all together.
With the right know how, anything is possible
