Default Java application installer for windows

Is there any third party application that makes an installer from java source files, but that doesn't leave the source files in the installation directory or in any other directory, so that these files are not accessible for the users?
I'm already using advanced installer, but the problem is that it leaves the source files in the installation directory, and I don't want that.
    Thanks in advance!

What does this have to do with Java Applets?

I'm pretty sure that this is the result of not setting up the tool properly.

Your question is too vague though - you fail to mention what kind of application it is. JavaFX 2 for example comes with a deployment toolkit which can generate an executable for you; then you don't even need a third party tool.
