Default Adding Swing JFrame form to an applet

Is it possible to add Swing JFrame form to an applet?
Asking because while trying that, here is what I'v got:

    Application Error
    java.lang.reflect.InvocationtargetException

But when I try with JPanel form, everything is ok.

A top level Window can't be added to a Container.

Your phraseology suggests that you are using a GUI builder while your question reveals that you are new to GUIs. The two don't mix. First learn how to hand code a GUI before you move on to using advanced tools like visual designers.
