Unexpected end of ZLIB input stream

Recently I have noticed a problem with my Java applet loading. In both Firefox and Internet Explorer when I try to go on shareprice.co.uk technical chart it won't load any data into it (look at the screenshot below). I have reinstalled Java to the newest version. I also disabled router and antivirus to see if these interfere but nothing helps.

What is even more strange is that on my second computer I have the same issue. Does anyone have any idea what can be the problem
