Ok I need some serious help and this is my last place that I have a chance to fix this stupid error, I have no idea what happend but one day my java i guessed crash and when ever I try to load a online JAR like a webclient I get the error. Click for details. This is the error I get.

Please someone help I need to be able to use Jars again. Also a JAR problem, say theres a jar on my desktop , I click on it and it needs to connect to the internet to start. Well for some reason It cant connect. I tried checking my firewall but it doesnt help. Please someone help me!
