How can I know that no JRE?
If end-user 's computer does not have JRE, then it's clear that applet can not be loaded. and it can look a kind of error on user's view.

How can I know user does not have JRE, so that I can quote some tips to solve it?

expecting solution.

anything inside the <applet> </applet> tags or <object> </object> tags will be displayed if the browser cannot display the applet
