online interview(specially for those programmer of applets)

Hi! I am a IT student from the Philippines due to some events happen our professor said to us before we graduate try to interview programmers to have and idea of our future job. This maybe way too off topic but seeing lots of people here who are professional in programming it's a good opportunity to learn.

here are some question I had in mind.
1. In your personal opinion what are the advantages of java you gain compare to other languages?
2. What are the advantages of Java compare to other languages?
3. How does java help in today’s modern world based on your experience?
4. Where can we usually see java based programs
5. Aside from computer and other mobile gadgets in what other field is java scripts can be found?


In case are in a development team
1. What is the objective or goal of the development team?
2. How many people are there in the team?
3. In which section in the team you belong to?
4. How many people are you working with in that section?

pls mail me the answer if you don't want others to view your answer but i prefer to post it here since lots of people can gain ideas on how to be a programmer
