need help Others cannot see my applet

please help!
I've signed my applet and placed it in my weblog and can see it in my computer but Others cannot see it.
i get a message with RUN command but in other pc's this message do not appear

Yep, it asks for confirmation to run your applet as a trusted one (I didn't run it).
