Default Site to upload applets?
Is there a site which allows you to upload your applets and share the url with people? This way people don't have to download your program, so it's safer. Wouldn't this be helpful/is it?

You can try 000webhost.com, they allow uploading of files. Not really sure about if they allow applets..
