need an opensource video conferencing

It's an urgent request. Please can anyone of you tell me of an opensource video conferencing. It can be java source code or a web application. But one that is easy to set up. And it should be windows xp platform or cross platform with linux.. Please help. I am new to all these technologies, i really dont know where to start. please help

Dont you use imo.im for your video conferencing?
Or Skype because it is already developed no need to develop.

The problem is that it is for my final year project. And i need the source code, since i should make some changes to it accordingly for it to be more like my project. Please so help, if anyone know any opensource video conferencing for windows xp platform..
