I have tried EVERYTHING!
Hi!
Im trying to figure out how you add pictures to an applet.
And I have ripped out TONS and TONS of examples and moddefied em easily to make it run and to make it get right picture.
But NOTHING works!
Can someone give me a working example on how to Insert a picture that works with windows and doesnt give me tons of errors when compiling?!
Cause in some examples they have done classes like this:
I meen WTH! Where is the dang void?!Java Code:public class shit{ public shit(){ } }
So I really need help with this cause not a shit example works!

urm...i see "shit" is very mature?
Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better idiot proof programs, and the Universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots...

I thought you quit programming when you failed to complete your last exercise?
You did say that you had given up.
If you still want to continue you should start by reading tutorials not ripping tons and tons of code from elsewhere and hoping it will solve your problem.

Nonono, Im not quiting java, Just laid down that program..
But yea, shit it's called shit cause it is shit..
I meen, in the Examples, they use methods without declaring return type!
Why?

Those are not methods but rather constructors. You'll find all about these in the tutorials.

Please stop swearing in the public forums. I see that it's tolerated here but it is hardly polite. I, for one, don't have anything more to help you with except to tell you to read Sun's tutorial.
