This is the actual error message - what it is saying is that Java ( generally ) is not able to find "sun security tools JarSigner" - start by looking at classpath, work towards discovering whether "JarSigner" is available .... since it is in the sun.security package it may or may not be "built in" to the installation. If it were built in, the JVM should be able to find it. Be careful here, this is central to the security model and there are probably several issues in which you could ruin your installation.

Is this running on an isolated development platform or did you build it and try to run it on another machine?

This gets the keys, I suggest you blot out the pw in your post as I have done here and change the keys later....these are powertul tools, don't mess with Joe.

He didn't mean replace your password with *s, he meant don't tell the world what your password is, or anyone could sign things in your name if they get hold of your keys.

I hope this is a student project.

If not, I bail - reminds me of the Real Estate site storing des keys in forms hidden fields, and asking about protecting data by passwords that should have been some rather simple pin's or something....

Be careful, poster. Is this for real?
