Look where you found that import statement described. There will probably be sample code there. Have you tried google?import netscape.javascript.*;

im fully aware that you think i'm a very lazy person who will not even take the time to "google". Fact is that this "google'n" is driving me insane(!!), it comes up with tons of different approaches. For a noob like me its all very confusing... that's why i ask these questions. i thought; they can at least help me narrow it down.

A search on this forum found a post that called a JS function.
Did you look here?
Where did you find the reference to "netscape.javascript"?
