PDF Split and Merge 0.7 beta 1

PDF Split and Merge (pdfsam) is an easy-to-use tool that provides functions to split and merge PDF files or subsections of them.

Changes

Console functions have been improved to keep PDF annotations and to merge PDF documents containing forms. A settings section is now available.
