JWhoisServer 0.0.2.0

JWhoisServer is a small, fast, and highly configurable RFC 3912 compliant whois server written in Java and using RDBMS as a storage engine.

Changes

An RPM build was implemented. The init script was improved and no longer uses SHUTDOWN. SHUTDOWN is disabled by default. ACL was implemented in cfg as a list. Abusive usage of -f results in ACL violation was fixed.
