Delays by Play announcements

Hello!
These 3 attached files are handling some prompt parameters(m_promptParameters) and pass them to an engine.There are some announcements which have to be play endless (parameter 'it=-1') an some which have to be play for one time.I have done some corrections in these files but the solution causes additional delays to all type of the announcements.Can you help me to find an alternative way to have delays only by the Play endless announcements and not to all?
