PeerStream Audio Video Streaming server is a lightweight, scalable and multi-purpose streaming server for broadcasting nearly every known audio and video format. It supports all major formats and can be configured to use other, not directly supported media types. Encoding of live data is also possible. Streaming via unicast, multicast, podcast, UPnP shares and bandwidth-saving via a peer-to-peer-network is supported.
Changes
The network link connectivity was improved to offer better data throughput and faster stream access for some hardware platforms. The backlist was extended to offer better stream grabber protection.
