TWaver is a set of Swing Components for Java developers to build Network topology/Maps applications, typically used in Telecommunications OSS applications or Network Management System.

The new release TWaver 3 brings many new features:

- Support Undo/Redo ability in DataBox
- Support Animation framework in Network component
- New Elements, ShapeImage, RotableNode and more
- Add AlarmStateStatistics class for Alarm Statistics
- Support animate GIF image in Tree node
- More charts added like BubbleChart, RadarChart
- Add new Hiberachic auto-layout algorithm
- Add i18n support for language Traditional Chinese and Japanese
