JWhoisServer 0.1.0.1

JWhoisServer is a small, fast, and highly configurable RFC 3912 compliant whois server written in Java and using RDBMS as a storage engine.

Changes

This release fixes init-script to abort and not overwrite the PID. cfg-file rights in build and deb are now set to 600.
