Hello, I was looking for information, how to make scrolling background, in one forum, one person, told me to use Side Scroller. And that scroller makes games such as Mario. But on the internet I found nothing useful, only one guy in youtube, but his lessons are awful hard to learn. SO, where I can learn about that scrolling?

First, I have no idea, how to make image 1300 pixels wide, and display only part of it. At the beginning.
Second, I don't know, how to make image scroll, when, for example charackter reaches the center of the window, and how to repeadetly add same image, when charackter reaches and of previous one. Thank you, if you can answer.
