fillRect Coming Up With Strange Results?

I've got a program that is supposed to find the pixels around a diamond shape. I've wrote a loop to get these pixels and I've added them to an ArrayList. I want to print the results on top of a screenshot but instead of a diamond it's a large filled in square. Looking at the picture below, the blue lines are what is supposed to show.

Can anyone see my problem?

1. Don't use getGraphics to do custom painting. Painting is done by overriding the paintComponent() method of your component.
