Define Graph...I presume since you mention JGraphT you mean a network type Graph. JUNG is also a very comprehensive library you might want to look at.
To use the library, you must add it to your classpath. If you are using an IDE, this is specific to the IDE. For command line, see:
PATH and CLASSPATH (The Java™ Tutorials > Essential Classes > The Platform Environment)

I want to create a directed graph, more specifically i want to create reducible permutation graphs. I am using NetBeans. Do you know where i can find classpath and edit it?
