how to create such a jfilechooser which only take JPG :( ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????

Personally I think that you'll be far better off to re-read the tutorials and give it a go to try to do it yourself first. You have nothing to lose and all to gain. Then if it doesn't work, post your code here and we'll better know what you do and don't understand.
