    Question is there INK and STROKES concepts in java

    Hi ALL,
    this is john, i want to know
    In DotNet there is concept called Microsoft INK and STROKES to recognize the characters.
    such concept(INK and STROKES) is there in java.
    any thing like sites ,books,... about such concepts
    if any one knows please let me know .
