    how i can match the image in database with given image.

    For pixel by pixel comparison follow these steps:
    1. Get image from database
    2. boolean match = givenImage.equals(imageFromDatabase)

    That's a really slow method.
    You should compare md5 hashes of the image.
    like this:
    Java Code:
    for each ImageFile in Collection
      Hash = MD5 of ImageFile
      if Hash of ImageFile is in Database
        delete ImageFile because it's duplicate
      else
        add Hash of ImageFile to Database
