I totally agree with what you've said... it's one of the main reasons I'm not very active there; I do go searching there sometimes though but I just stay back in the shadows... they're not too polite often times.
I can tell you with full confidence that this is not something you're going to find here- the people here are great people and were are a small, tight group of a community and growing steadily. The Mods here are vigilant and quick to squash violators; acting for the betterment of the community. ;)
