using struts serverside validation

Hi,

all,I'm the new member of this forum.I'm also the beginner of java.Could u help me out from my problem. Actually first i did the retriving data from database. Then i've to do using struts severside validation to validate the form. I'm not getting any idea about dat. Plz anyone can give me the solution for that.Agter retriving the data wat i'll to do.

Better get some struts manuals and tutorials and go through them first. They explain almost everything with examples.

i want to know after retrieving data from database in the same jsp page can i validate the form flds. If no give some way to solve this problem.
