Default How do you add command line args?

When I first started I used the command prompt for javac, but then I moved to a interface. The problem is, I cant seem to figure out how to add command line arguments..

What interface? Do you mean an IDE? The answer depends on which one you're talking about.

Well, since this is the IntelliJ subforum...;)

There's a drop down in the middle of the row of buttons at the top that has the list of your run configurations (next to the green run button). The first entry in the list is "Edit Configurations". Click that and you'll get the config window. Pick the one to add arguments to and add the arguments into the "Program Parameters" section.

The other option is to go "Run->Edit Configurations" in the menu bar.

By interface I meant the IDE (Intelli Idea).

in the command line you can type "java TestProgram args here"
    it might display
    "args"
    "here"

if thats what the code was set to do.
So where can I do this in Intelli?

Ha, whoops. That's what I get for only looking at the New Posts and not paying attention to which forum the post is in...

Thanks Tolls. I know I read those directions somewhere, I think at Intelli's site.

But I didnt get them to work. I will mess with the code again and see what I did wrong.
