I don't think so. IntelliJ IDEA is the best editor I've used.
Check the official website. License are well categorized there, depending on your requirement you can use it.

IntelliJ IDEA is indeed one of the better IDE's out there and although I've got a license I still use eclipse because i'm used to it for some reason and because all my other team members use it.
