    Default How can i do?

    hi all
i am so new to work with hibernate
    and in the first steps
this is the guidance of the tutorial
but i dont know how i can do so:

Installing Hibernate Once you downloaded and unzipped the latest version of the Hibernate Installation file, you need to perform following two simple steps. Make sure you are setting your CLASSPATH variable properly otherwise you will face problem while compiling your application.  Now copy all the library files from /lib into your CLASSPATH, and change your classpath variable to include all the JARs:  Finally copy hibernate3.jar file into your CLASSPATH. This file lies in the root directory of the installation and is the primary JAR that Hibernate needs to do its work.

please tell me how i can have an access to CLASSPATh and what should i do then?
    also another question:
can i work with hibernate in NetBeans?

You're trying to run before you can walk. Don't attempt to use something as complex as Hibernate before you have properly learned how to apply the Java platform. Apparently you don't know something as monumentally basic as packages and the classpath yet. That's like trying to learn how to write a book without learning how to read first.

At least go through the online Java tutorial, but I highly recommend you pick up a good beginner book:

PATH and CLASSPATH (The Java™ Tutorials > Essential Classes > The Platform Environment)
