Default Marketing spin: The largest java community

So, what's the basis for the claim at the top of the forum pages, saying
    "The largest java community"?

Not that it matters, saying "mine is bigger than yours" is a bit silly, but by what measure? Most users? most posts? most users from the most countries?
    etc.?

That issue was already discussed by the administrators and the site developers about that.....( i forgot what section on this forum that thread can be found)

But it seems, the owner of this site still thinking about the replacement i guess.... :)

    The Story Behind the Slogan

According to last post in that thread, the issue is being considered. Maybe we can move up to this shorter thread to avoid snipping and moving and so on. Maybe not, but I agree we should move at a considered pace.

Actually the reason is we(moderators) have a separate sub-forum to discuss such things, and that forum is not visible to other members. :)

Waiting for more feedback on the main thread before I post a poll. Got some new designs posted right now to it as well. Check them out.
