Jar file stuck in windows explorer, help!

when i dowloaded the files they were automaticly saved as .rar files, so i tried to open them in windows explorer, now the look like this:
when i try to open them in java, nothing happens, what do i do?

Extracting the contents of a JAR file doesn't help. Open a command prompt, navigate to the folder containing the JAR file and issue the command

java -jar WhateverItsNameIs.jar

What is the result?

im sorry but i dont know how to locate a file in the command prompt, can you explain?

I did what you said and located it in command prompt, and the entered the command, it opens the file in java like normal,
but the file is still stuck in windows explorer.

as i said earlier, when i double click them, windows explorer freezes and i must delete the files for it to go back to normal,
and when i try to open them directly in java, nothing happens, i know now how to locate them in command prompt, but what do i do from here?
