Your tablet is running Android. You can't run JAR files on Android, though you can call java libraries from within Android.

Just google "how to start develop android programs" and you will find your answers.

Too my knowledge you cannot write and run on the tablet. In order to write android applications you need to install the Java SDK from oracle onto your pc or mac in addition to your development ide of choice either eclipse or netbeans.
