I've just started the "Introduction to Cryptography" Stanford class offered at Coursera. Mostly because I was interested in the phenonemon of the these courses which were discussed on a recent Google Tech Talk.

Has any one here tried one of these courses?

I'm something of a youtube junkie and will cheerfully watch lectures on anything from Roman Architecture to Quantum Mechanics in place of the usual fare on TV. (which I haven't watched in over a decade now) It makes a bit of a change to actually have homework to do: tedious but, I have to admit, it focusses your mind.
